Forum Undertake Record-Breaking Multi-Million-Pound Summer

Over £7.5m worth of educational projects

Forum Contracts hit an in house record carrying out £5.1m worth of educational projects during the School Summer Holidays. 14 schools and colleges were operated on during the 3 month period of the school holidays. Works consisted of block extensions, science laboratories, IT suites, nursing wards, playgrounds and much more.

An additional £2.5m worth of second phase educational works have been confirmed for the School Christmas Holidays.

Acting as main contractor on all 14 projects, a vast majority of the work took place within the South East. However, nationwide coverage was evidently shown (map below) working from Wilberforce College in Hull, down to New College in Swindon, over to East Norfolk College in Norwich.

Founder and CEO, Clinton Forbes stated:

“I am very pleased with our achievement this summer. We were tipped to have a busy summer this year due to the effect of coronavirus and the figures have shown this. It is fantastic we have a lot of second phase school work confirmed for the winter as well.

I am pleased to know we will continue this into summer 2022 where we will aim to reach yet another record. However, with the schools now re-opening it is vital that we focus on the upcoming commercial projects we have for the remainder of the year.

Myself and Forum would like to personally thank all architects, sub-contractors, consultants and clients for their commitment towards us this summer.”
