Forum Contracts were awarded the contract to complete a full fit-out of a new 71-bedroom Holiday Inn Express in Bodmin, Cornwall.
A new reception, bar area, restaurant, seating area, 71-bedrooms, lobby areas, roofing and landscaping were constructed from a shell premises.

Operations Manager Craig Jones lead his team to a very successful venture with all partied involved carrying out work to the highest of standards possible.
The hotel will be widely used and occupied for the local beach, leisure parks, restaurants and bars.
